BIOGRAPHY
Trade marks Expert, privacy and digital start-ups, the lawyer. Riadi Piacentini routinely assists both young entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of businesses and established entrepreneurs in the planning and implementation of protection of intellectual property and data protection.
Graduated in Law in 2005 at the University of Turin, obtained an Executive Masters in Business Law from the IFAF Business School in 2008, a Masters in Intellectual Property from Convey in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce of Turin in 2012 and a I Level College Masters in Law of New Technologies and Legal Informatics from the ‘Alma Mater Studiorum “University of Bologna” - Faculty of Law in 2014.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN PROTECTION OF WEARABLE DEVICE
Wearable devices are in great ascent, designed and manufactured to facilitate or improve life quality; just think of wearable instruments for athletes and how they monitor their athletic performance. To get to the product, however, you need to take technical and intellectuals steps which require investments of both time and capital. Behind the output, therefore, there are intangible assets that have to be protected as to not see your efforts thwarted. Can you protect the idea or product? How?
